Soft Lips – Picture Perfect 2009 Photo Contest
Deadline December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Eligibility: The contest is open to legal female U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Eligible Entrants”). Employees of The Mentholatum Company (”Sponsor“), their subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and public relations agencies, electronic media firms, judges, Parts Models, and the immediate families or household members of such employees are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
One Grand Prize Winner will be selected by a panel of judges and will win: $2,500 cash, a one-year supply of Softlips® and the possibility of being represented by a modeling agency in New York City.
One Fan Favorite Winner will be selected through the most votes received online and will win a one-year supply of Softlips®.
JUDGING: The judging will be conducted on the basis of the entries and photographs submitted. A panel of qualified lip model experts and Softlips® representatives identified by The Mentholatum Company and Parts Models modeling agency will select the winners.
All Eligible Entrants will be judged on a point system on the basis of
(1) Shape of lips 20%,
(2) Size of lips 20%,
(3) Symmetry of lips 20%,
(4) Texture of lips 20%,
(5) Ability to photograph well 20%.
The decision of the judges is final. All entries received will be judged in accordance with the rules and photo guidelines. No duplicate winners. ”Fan Favorite” will be chosen based on highest number of votes via online voting feature at www.softlips.com; in the event of a tie, those with the highest number of votes, but tied, will win equal prize of one-year supply of Softlips®.
