Great taste in windows Photo Contest
We’re looking for photos of people, pets, you name it, showing great taste in windows (E.g. giving them a great big lick or showing some sort of admiration). These images will be posted on our website and the general public will vote on what they feel is the next best super model for our upcoming campaign. The winner will not only have their name in lights but will be featured in our Marketing Campaign materials across Vancouver Island and the Sunshine Coast following a professional photo shoot not to mention will be $1000 richer!

Eligibility: Contest is open to all residents of British Columbia, Canada.

- Winners will be required to participate in a professional photo shoot dedicated to capturing imagery for advertising purposes
- Winners expenses related to participating in photoshoot (transportation, meals, accommodation, etc), to be held in Nanaimo, BC, are their responsibility
Limit: Each entrant may only submit 1 entry. If an entrant exceeds any of these limits, all of that entrant’s entries will be disqualified.

- Entries will not be returned. All entries become the property of Modern and entry constitutes permission to use the photo(s) in any manner Modern chooses.
- By entering a photo in this Contest, Entrant grants a nonexclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license to Modern to edit, adapt and publish such photo in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest, and Modern may use the photo in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest for advertising, marketing and promotional purposes in commerce and in any and all media now known or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without attribution, compensation, permission or further notification to the entrant, his/her successors or assigns, or any other entity, unless prohibited by law.
