Take Part in Stolen Moments at BroadSheet
Together with our partners, the NGV Shop, Broadsheet is running a photography competition inspired by the lomography. We want you to capture stolen moments across the city, be it with your lomo or any other camera. Inspired by the iconic lomographic philosophy of spontaneity, close-ups, colour, and perhaps blurriness, we want you to sent us shots you’ve taken that fit with this concept. The charmed uniqueness of such images are what we love about shooting from the hip.
Send entries to win@broadsheet.com.au with Stolen Moments in the subject line. Alternatively, send hard copy images or CDs to Broadsheet Media, Level 2, 137 Flinders Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000. Include your name, contact details and the type of camera you used.
Winners will be awarded and exhibited at a party we’re throwing in September, and of course also displayed on Broadsheet.com.au

First Prize: Lomo Diana F+ Camera with Flash and Instant Back.
Second Prize: $150 NGV Shop Gift Voucher.
Third Prize: Signed Copy of the Ron Mueck Catalogue.
Copyright: By submitting images to the Competition, each entrant confirms and warrants that:
a. they are the sole author of each entered image and that it is their original work;
b. they own the copyright and any other intellectual property rights of each image;
c. they have the permission of anyone pictured in the image (or, where the image shows any persons under 18, the consent of their parent/guardian) for the usage rights required by Broadsheet and will indemnify Broadsheet against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement;
d. they have not licensed or disposed of any rights in the image that would conflict with uses to be made by Broadsheet; and
e. they have received any necessary permissions from the owner(s) of buildings included in submitted images for the usage rights required by Broadsheet and will indemnify Broadsheet against any claims made by any third parties in respect of such infringement
