Canon Photochains Photo Contest
Participate in the canon EOS photo chains photo contest.
A canon EOS photochain is a growing chain of photos taken by different people, where each shot inspires the next. It’s about a community of photographers working together and contributing their shots to keep the chains alive and growing.
A canon EOS Â photochains member can take part in the Hero Chain in 2 ways:
- Submitting to the current link or
- voting for the current link.
You can register to take part in canon EOS photochains at any time as it is an ongoing challenge. Look for instructions on the Hero Chain to find out what stage it is at (entry or voting) or you can participate in public chains at any time by either creating your own chain or submitting to an already existing chain.
Eligibility Australian and New Zealand residents over 18 years of age who have access to or own a digital camera.
Prizes The photographer of the image voted in as the next link in the chain will be rewarded with a Canon EOS 500D Single IS kit.

Voting After the two week submission period, 6 days of public voting will commence.
Every photochains member will be able to vote once for the photo that they think deserves to be the next link in the Hero Chain.
This is about voting for the photo that will best continue the chain and inspire others to go out and take their own photos. So vote wisely.
Copyright The copyright in all images submitted to photochains and which are displayed in the Gallery will remain the property of the photographer.
